How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by vendor. Most items ship within 3–5 business days, but some custom or handmade items may take longer.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted based on the individual vendor’s return policy. You can find this on the product page or vendor profile. If you have an issue, our support team is here to help mediate.
Are your products sustainable?
Many of our vendors prioritize sustainability, using recycled, upcycled, or ethically sourced materials. Look for sustainability badges on qualifying products.
Can I customize a product?
Yes! Many sellers offer customization such as colors, sizing, engraving, or special requests. Check the product description or message the vendor directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

How do I sell on Off Trail Market?
You can apply to become a vendor by clicking “Start Selling” on the homepage. Once approved, you’ll get access to your vendor dashboard to list products, manage orders, and track performance.
Are there any fees to sell?
There’s no upfront fee to join. We take a small commission on each sale to cover platform operations, payment processing, and marketing.
How do I handle shipping?
You’re responsible for shipping your products. You can set shipping rates and methods in your vendor dashboard. We recommend tracking for all packages.
Can I sell custom or made-to-order items?
Yes! Many of our bestsellers are custom-made. Be clear in your product descriptions about processing time.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are processed securely via Stripe. Funds are transferred to your bank account via the vendor portal upon request.
Can I list services like guided hunts or workshops?
Absolutely. Off Trail Market supports both physical products and outdoor services. You can create listings for trips, classes, or experiences just like a product.

Are all products handmade?
Most are, but not all. We prioritize handmade, small-batch, and artisan goods—but some trusted vendors offer high-quality manufactured items as well.
How do I know a product is safe or compliant (e.g., for archery or firearms gear)?
We vet all vendors and require compliance with local/state/federal laws. Review product specs and reach out to vendors if you have specific concerns.
Do products come with warranties?
Warranties vary by vendor. Some offer satisfaction guarantees, others include limited warranties. Details can be found on the product listing page.

How do I create an account?
Click “Create Account” at the top right. You can register as a buyer or seller.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.
How do I contact a seller directly?
Go to the product page and use the “Message Vendor” button. You must be logged in to send a message.
Can I save favorite products or vendors?
Yes, you can create a wishlist and follow vendors to get updates on new products or promotions.
